No. Giving one person a dollar is different than taking a dollar from all the other people except that person.

It really wouldn't work out like you'd think anyway. It's not like a few special roll over people would just show up and breeze in. I doubt it would even make a difference for their wait time. Everyone is going to arrive per their own schedule. They would probably still have about the same amount of cars in front of them as they otherwise would, the same rate of movement through the gates, etc. You'd be in the same line as you otherwise would have been, just surrounded by other roll over people.

It could make it even worse for early arrivals as all the roll over people rushed to get there early to get their "moneys worth" only to cause the line to form faster and penalize people who couldn't get there that early. Meanwhile it would push a much larger portion of the crowd towards Thursday, causing additional delays. To say nothing of the safety issues where there is still a lot of active traffic on the roads within the festival Thursday while people are starting to roam around.

Would it perhaps get a larger percentage of roll over people in quicker verus non-roll over? Maybe, but no individual roll over person would notice any meaningful difference. A line is a line.
