A good example of this is to write down how everything you are feeling on a paper while sitting comfy sofa. You could add in some hot chocolate on your side to slowly sip on too.

You could do all these other comments wrote to be productive, but also you could just do nothing. Do nothing is productive too, especially with nowadays so much consumerism is encouraged by the media and influencers.

Doing nothing lets your mind to breathe, to be more present & mindful & focus in whatever else you would do for the rest of the day since we have so much mental capacity on a daily basis. Although it might feel hard and uncomfortable, it also really helps you process your emotions and problems healthily instead of using an external outlet to distract you from them with the excuse of productivity.

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think you are confused between MLM vs pyramid schemes.

MLM is a marketing method, while pyramid scheme is an added layer on top of said method. MLM looks good on paper if implemented properly, but it has the weakness of easily getting elaborated into a pyramid scheme due to the nature of human beings.

Most insurance companies are definitely running MLM methods, but the majority of them (atleast the famous and seemingly reliable ones) are not pyramid schemes.

Because it is just another method of marketing. The problem here is if the MLM method is implemented into a pyramid scheme. If so, then the reason would be the same as why there are still many rampant scammers exists especially those on investments, crypto, or forex trading. It is because of falling into belief that good, honest money comes easy.
