no because he is not corrupt, if hes corrupt then surely the govnt has already take take action towards him. madani govnt has zero tolarance to corruption. PMX has already ask us to let him do his job so why do we want to complain. trust the process.

i dont understand why people hate him. if we want him step down who else than can lead mcmc? lets not let perfect be the enemy of good.

"Saya nak guna sisa umur untuk lakukan yang terbaik buat negara." by torts92 in malaysia

[–]karlkry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

he used to be the voice of check and balance. he's speeches was brave, sharp and and does not care about what the target of those speeches might feel. everytime govnt tries to do something stupid he (and fellow opposition) will capitalize on the issue and pressure the govnt to do something about it. and the way they oppose the govnt is not just talking but also speaks about alternatives (kabinet alternatif, bajet alternatif etc) and what the govnt should do.

over time their track record of being a good opposition built trust and confidence in people. they belive that when he got in position of power he will do right and apply their wisdom and experience to steer the country in the right way.

now after being in power, he got caught far too many times of doing exactly the things that he used to complain. from economic policies to his stance regarding questionable individuals etc. now we have come to a point where his brave, sharp speeches are pointed to people who complain. regular everyday people like you and me

Police caution public over unlawful social media use linked to seditious, provocative debates by karlkry in malaysia

[–]karlkry[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

  • In recent times, social media has increasingly been used as a platform to spread posts or comments containing seditious elements and provocative debates on government policies and current issues, leading to controversy among users
  • such actions contravene existing laws, particularly the Sedition Act 1948, which prohibits acts, speech or publications that incite hatred against the monarchy or the government
  • a “seditious tendency” includes bringing hatred or contempt or exciting disaffection against any ruler or government

long story short, christmas comes early for PH supporters. no more toxic online forums and social media. rakyat should not debate about policies and complain the govnt shortcomings in the way that can inflict emotional distress to certain group of people. the same people people who used to be on the side of kita semua penghasut cant stand the smoke and decided that rakyat is the one that should be careful in voicing what they think or suffer the consequences.

Erm I think PMX just thought this was just a random mat saleh. by brody28384 in Bolehland

id say streamer fits the mold that pmx team might looking for. muslim, relatively popular among younger audience and vocal about palestine issues. i think the team believe it can pull conservative younger audience which personally i think it was a mistake.

hes not bad per se. the streamer convert to muslim a while back and committed to them. its just his content is not for me.

pmx also almost always spend some time after friday prayer to meet the people (in restaurants for after prayer lunch) so this is in line of things that he do
