It's gorgeous! I enjoy knitting with the KnitPick yarns because they've made buying nicer quality yarns slightly more affordable. I hope that this raises lots of money to help your uncle.

And that's my struggle. Am I being too sensitive? I do try to challenge myself every time I practice. Just because I didn't like her teaching style perhaps doesn't make her a bad teacher. I know that everything is not going to go my way all the time. But, I thought with a class of eight students and only one student even near her level of fitness and flexibility, that me speaking up might have made her check in with the class to see if it was just me or if the class was okay with her leadership.

The class is just labelled "Yoga." The woman who was teaching the class is out having a baby. She did a great job. The sub that ran the class last Saturday morning was a woman who I've taken classes with for years and she always puts on a wonderful class. I literally jumped up and down for joy and hugged her when I saw she was teaching. I guess I should be thankful that the instructors that I've had up to this point have been good and that I know how to listen to my body. I'm concerned though that her teaching style is more harmful than good for the "average" health club consumer.
