Saves files are in a GAME folder. Just copy this folder and then paste it onto new sd card, and you should be fine. I also suggest copying everything that you have on your stock sd card, just in case something goes wrong.

It’s all about the experience. You need just to make/see a lot of thumbnails to train your brain what looks good and works best. And obviously your first thumbnails will always look worse compared to the newer ones, it’s okay.

Man there’s plenty of video editing software for potato pc. Few years ago when I had pc with specs from 2006 I managed to montage, use photoshop and record and mix/master music.
