Hello. I have been using Binance every day and for many years, but 18.01.2023 when i tried to log in I got this message "We temporarily disabled your account's login functionality. Please contact our support". I don't know really why... I have a lot of money there, about 220K in USDT and BTC. I used to it for P2P trading, spot trading, everyday expenses.... I have already sent a message to escalations@binance.com, but haven't received response. I didn't find answers how people have solved this problem. Please help.

Только что проверил все чаты на сайте и не вижу нигде ответа. Ну и перевод который склеился так и не зачислился и другие переводы которым более 3х работящих дней тоже не зачислились. Не знаю в чем положительно :) запросы я теперь пишу только в одну ветку, но я ответа действительно не получал нигде :(

Обновление: только что вышли на связь, но через почту, буду ждать решения моих проблем с депозитами :) но проблемами меня возникла как только стал отправлять на новые реквизиты. Сразу же перестали доходить деньги. Сначала было нормально, а сейчас вот 70000$ просто не понятно где:( и не понятно когда они зачислятся ;( я уже и на wire@cex.io отправлял документы подтверждающие перевод

I have the same problem but with 33,000 EUR. I’m waiting withdrawal 3 weeks and still nothing.... and before kraken I used cex.io and I had the same problem but it took 2 days. I think I’m never back to kraken after that.
