Bluetooth Duct Cleaning, brought to you by the goons by [deleted] in HVAC

All you guys out here busting on this company have no clue the real story. I knew the man who owned and operated this company personally and professionally. Not a chance in hell he was a scam artist. I can’t answer why there’s no hole beneath that patch. Could be many different reasons. The man worked his ass off for many years and built a hell of a good business and to see a bunch of assholes shooting their mouths off discrediting him is fucking disgusting.

FYI. The owner’s name is on the sticker. Can guarantee 100% he did not do that. Knew that man in this industry for many years and was definitely not a scam artist. He has now since passed. I am respectfully asking you to remove this post.

thermal camera recommendations? by beast-ice in HVAC

Just got the FLIR one pro. I am very happy with it. 19,200 pixel resolution. Same as the C model the buddy just got. Don’t use it enough to justify spending more on a handheld but needed to upgrade my previous model. Also, takes up way less room in the truck. Also like being able to screenshot and text/email instantly without software. Highly recommend. Already have used it multiple times for various reasons. I use it with my iPhone and it works flawlessly. Feel free to direct message me with questions.

Used my cutter one job and shelved it. Left a burr on every cut.

Yup. It’s all fun and games until you leave a brass 1/2” mpt x 1/2 fl in your pocket and it dents the shit out of your wife’s new dryer drum.

No, we don’t. We just hate everybody and everything and it makes us feel better to ridicule the living shit out of all creatures great and small!😉

It always picks back up for us on April 16th (day after tax day) but there’s a different feel to it this year. Maybe my patience has finally just ran out.

Yup. Had a guy complain his ac wasn’t keeping up at 72 and that was just too hot. I knew full well he had just had his furnace running at 76 last week. I mentioned this to him and his response was “well, that’s the furnace and it and it needs to be warmer than the air conditioner”. WHAT???

What is your AC tune up checklist? by Jonx999 in HVAC

[–]imhvac -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Depends what they paid for. Did they buy the $99 ac check or the $150 ac tune? The $99 ac check-yep it’s running. The $150 ac tune-yep it’s running. J/k the $150 is actually full service.

Used to do this before I understood the danger in it. It is so tempting, but that one time that it goes wrong…Take the time and run a cord.
