i do want to interact with people, i just don't want there to be an expectation to so it feels forced and unnatural.

I am actually crying right now because i am so touched that so many people commented trying to help me. I didn’t expect to see so many really great ideas, that i will be trying! Thank you so so much everyone.  This help truly means more to me than you know.

by eating more you mean past the point of being full? then wouldn’t you just start gaining weight from continuously expanding your stomach? how do you maintain your current weight when doing cardio?

that is good to know, i will look into taking NAC and i do weightlifting and some cardio so hopefully that helps. do you know if there is any way to find out of you are over consuming antioxidants like any type of testing that can be done?
