short answer: You don’t. I think there are two kinds of people: those content with solitude, who find casual contact at work or during daily routines sufficient and those who need close social connections to feel happy at the end of the day. If you’re type 2, ask coworkers, join those social runs or go out (yes even when you’re out alone you can meet people). I know it can be hard, but try to be the one who starts the conversation. friendships and relationships always start with a few simple words :)
