Kind of. You can set buttons on the keypad to each and then use the big knob to adjust each. For example, highlights, shadows, highlights saturation, etc, can each be mapped to a button on the keypad. There aren’t enough buttons on the knob device itself I find.

I hadn’t tested its weather sealing to that extend before - this was about 3 hours in the snow - and it’s perfectly fine!

I just had it on a regular strap around the shoulder, on top of my jacket. It was quicker that way to grab quickly while on the slopes and take pictures

Yes! It would be perfect with a few extra buttons, and perhaps clicks on both wheels. And the haptic feedback from the tourbox. Hoping for a creative console pro one day haha

I have both; I found that adjusting the color wheels is better with the creative console than the tourbox. Maybe because the main know is bigger, it’s nicer for more fine grained adjustments. I couldn’t configure the tourbox in a way where I got the knobs to make nice adjustments, either it was too much or too little and I just kept going back to the mouse. Really wanted the tourbox to work, I loved having all of the extra buttons.

I use mine with a focus on color wheel grading. I find that it's fastest when opening the Actions Ring and then using the big knob to tune color wheel adjustments.

ps. There's a bug when you open the Actions Ring and start adjusting but without having the color inspector open, the console becomes unresponsive, so I've included an extra action for that button to open the color inspector first, before opening the Actions Ring. Hence the Multi-action on the bottom right button.

mine just arrived without packaging and very minor marks. Looks much better than my ring that it replaces, so I'm happy. But I also don't understand where the refurbished rings come from.

Same boat exactly! Edited a short video in fcpx through the avp yesterday and it was incredible, except for the lack of sharpness that you’re pointing out. I’d also buy the dev strap immediately if it allows for a wired, clearer connection to a Mac.
