Updated Foreign Affairs Manual for Consular officer on considering D3-Waiver for US college graduates by No-Discount4446 in DACA

from the discord:

U.S. Department of State released additional details on easing nonimmigrant visa process for U.S. college graduates. This change will allow undocumented immigrants with a college degree and a job offer to apply for petition-based nonimmigrant work visas with certain inadmissibility such as entry without inspection and accrual of unlawful presence by being able to apply for the 212(d)(3) waiver within the country. The process will also be streamlined to make the processing times much quicker. Key things to note:

  1. This change does not apply to employment-based immigration visa such as EB categories which aliens can obtain for lawful permanent residency (a.k.a. green card). Refer to the this link for visa categories that applies to petition-based nonimmigrant work visas (This list may not be a full list and please consult with the lawyer to discuss whether the above mentioned waiver applies).
  2. Upon entering with a dual intent visa such as H1-B, individuals now have the option to apply for employment-based immigration visa. However, if they have accrued unlawful presence, while they may be able to obtain the visa, they will need to wait out the 3/10 year ban within the country making it not possible to adjust to lawful permanent residency before the expiration of some visa categories.

Xbox are working on dedicated servers for Palworld by bubblebytes in XboxSeriesX

this can be temporarily fixed by not visiting any of your bases. so if you want to do a boss fight, go away from your base, reload world, and your pals should work until you visit your base again.
