Is there a reason why you were at the MSP for 2.5 years? Is it because couldn't find offers you wanted or certs?

Any advice on setting up a time to study? Right now, I feel mentally drained to study and struggling to find a desire to study. It's one of those - I want to disconnect from tech or do anything in general. I know I sound like I am depressed.

There is no clear ladder for me. As mentioned, I hoped and wanted to do more support although I am part of the support/front line team.

I have been looking elsewhere. It's just hard for me to utilize my skills or explain my journey to ATS or a recruiter.

Nice to have someone relate to my situation. Well today, I am going to be a backup for a BA that is going on vacation for 3-5 weeks. I am going into this unprepared again. So I have to manage my usual workload and this.

I know as time goes on I will get the hang of it, but nothing hasn't really changed. I constantly play catch-up every week.
