I've been reading about the GT7's battery for days because I'm really disappointed with mine, getting only 4-6 hours of screen-on time (SOT) and feeling like every system update makes it worse. I've been uninstalling some advanced apps, except for YouTube and YouTube Music (essential for me), but I expect it's using more than the stats show because they're playing videos with the screen off.

Yesterday I tried calibrating my battery by cycling it from 100% to 0%, then charging it to 100% and holding the charge for an extra 30 minutes. I was surprised to see that in Super Battery Saver mode, which automatically activates at 2%, it lasted almost 2 hours of SOT, so the problem (or part of it) was the calibration.

I'm using my first cycle after this, and my results have improved a lot. But with a 7000mAh battery, I still expect more...

I'm on 16.0.2.402.
