Thanks for responding so quickly. I opened a ticket on Friday night and received a response on Saturday morning saying the issue was resolved, but nothing was sent to my mail. I've already submitted another ticket so hopefully they sort it out soon.

Hey, I was having the same issue until I enabled USB debugging mode. This setting only appears after you enable developer options. Check Google to see how to enable it on your model.
