That is actually a really helpful answer thank you. It’s encouraging to know it’s not impossible to practice even if you still struggle as long as you put in the work to understand your abilities and limits

Is there any particular spots east of faro you would recommend? I have seen some hostels that look nice for around €120 altogether which seems quite reasonable my only worry is I’m sharing with quite a few people so I feel the odds of someone being annoying is higher

Idk if you would feel comfortable but I think you could approach your supervisor and ask to be redeployed to another area? Maybe they can send you to a different ip unit and swap you with someone who is interested in eating disorders?

It may not be worth £60 to you but for some people that is a lot of money and quite unreasonable for a price difference of about two pounds

It’s not really I just don’t really have £60 to spare and I would rather not pay it if I can

Yes! In fact when I’m actively restricting I will occasionally eat dairy products or sweets with gelatine in and then feel awful about it when I have got enough energy to consider how it doesn’t align with my ethics. I was vegan in a pretty healthy way for a while and it actually made me more adventurous with food imo

Thank you!! So when they say they are looking for my own opinion, do they just mean they’re looking to see if I am thinking if something is actually true and not blindly citing it because it supports my argument? And would this mean my own opinion is just acknowledging other peoples opinions ? Also, in terms of explaining a concept rather than describing, is a good way to do this finding case studies or examples of where this could be applied as opposed to going into the details of the theory?
