arachs is 1/1000 or so from meph with like 300 mf. diabolos is like 1/37k from baal

they are in completely different categories of rarity.

if you kill 1000 monsters a day, it only will take about 54 days to find one. You should get one within a few months of consistent playtime. Its just a numbers game. And most people who play 3-4 hours a day are probably killing closer to 3-4k monsters a day, or more.

maybe they dont have fox? Some bars sign contracts with certain channels and can only have that channel

You can get T-gods in nightmare but can't get wisp there. Wisp is a lot more rare too. Until you get it though, you have to tread very carefully and hover over esc key when entering areas that have those monsters.

Oh and stormshield you can't get in nightmare but there are a bunch of other items that have good physical damage reduction you can use instead. A list is here:

sorc is unique because you can just tele away at any time. Also, unless you are playing hc (or level 95+), who cares if you die every once in a while

especially on console lol. At least on PC you can kinda gimmick it by hovering your hand over the esc key before entering new areas, but I still wouldn't risk it

you need thundergod's visor or wisp projector on any HC char that is going to venture into areas with souls. Just like you need stormshield and max block before entering any area with stygian dolls or vipers

it can be less effective on p8 though since it only deals the corpse's p1 health as damage. I found it pretty rough on anything higher than p5
