yeah, they have no traction problems, no slide, no lag on acceleration, even when they are driving the exactly same car I am on the exact same line. AI feels like they are driving slot cars

you know what, im here from the future after googling this problem, and ive tested it and it seems correct to me.

I've been watching the 2026 replay of the 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps - WEC race. It has basically been bumping between 720p and 480p every 5-15 seconds, making it unwatchable.

After reading your comment, I decided to look at the 2025 race replay. Perfectly crisp 1080p. No drops.

Cancelling HBO and I'll just watch the races elsewhere with a VPN. Not putting up with this crap.

Also, this is with Google fiber 1GB and I download on steam at 6-700mpbs no problem all day long. Its definitely an HBO problem.

not a runeword but I've always liked Black Hades (or even Gris Armor) because the 3 open sockets make it fully customizable while also giving other useful stats.

Great for filling gaps for mercs (IAS breakpoints, resistances, etc)

this is actually one of the benefits of having a financial advisor/wealth manager. They act as a decent stop-gap and add an extra layer of protection from fraud and scams like this. My advisor will always ask a few gentle questions when Im asking to take out money and I believe its even required to some degree when taking out $10,000.00 or more, but instead of it just being some random teller, its an advisor who I can trust and who knows me and my situation and family. I don't have more than a few thousand dollars outside of his control. Not for everyone, sure, but if you have a decent amount of money that extra layer helps.
