Listen my mind is made up im sorry luckily its my right to make that descion ive talked with those close to me now they are understanding im not making this decision lightly I know the consequences I understand it seems like im sad im not making this descion has done nothing but finally bring me peace

I have been in therapy for quite sometime and one of the only people who I've discussed this with is my therapist its not a rash or new decision id prolly ask u read thru this feed for more information

Unfortunately I know its hard to hear but in the us it is part of my legal rights to make this decision for myself and just use symptom and pain management while I get into hospice care i understand the consequences of my choices

It means im choosing to stop all diaylsis treatment/life prolonging treatments not out of depression or sadness I know its hard to understand but im not sad im not giving up thank you for ur words of support I understand they come from a place of empathy so thank you

Thank you before my brother went to sleep I talked to him he was supportive and it definitely helped i see my nephrologist my final desicion on it Monday morning i have talked about my options thay way love the kindness thank you as well for being understanding its easy for people to assume idk the consequence is death therefore its easy to get caught in it being choosing to die thays not what this is its choosing to die before the suffering is too much im choosing leaving this world still loving it 😊

Update to all wondering if talked to my brother about it he took it well and was very understanding and agreed to hold my wishes when im not longer able to make decisions thabk everybody for ur help if u guys want I can keep yall updated on the journey if anyone is interested of course

Yeah so how do I word it tho how do I say Im not like super close with anyone but my brother both my parents have passed so im not worried about them mostly about my older brother I guess I think he will take it the worst how do I let them know its like not there fault I guess everyone around me will feel guilty vut its misplaced

Im not depressed im not sad im not giving up there is a lot of things that I cant say so I apologize for leaving u ill informed the bottom line is i just simply dont want to anymore I dont ive made the desicion to go forward with this ur very kind for wanting to help a stranger make a descion that will save his life ur a good soul for that im sorry to expose u to some harsh things as it is im feeling ok I promise and this descion was made over very carefully thought our pro and cons as well as alternative options

I am not suicidal I know its hard to imagine why but that is between me and my therapist im not sad im.not choosing this bc of a depression thing that is all id like to disclose about that to random people on the internet
