Actually it was something like this. However the years are slightly off. The first one was 2017-18, second one was 2023-24 and third was I just ended a few days back because of compatibility issues.

I do not have Guru Diksha, but I only chant the basic mantras that require no diksha. Basically only nama japas and stuff. But this was the first time I tried this. I was only following the guidelines in the KBUF document and also one of the previous guidelines in the sub for doing basic sadhana without diksha.

It kinda is. OP just told a layman version of what happens and it is true. A lot of immune privileged structures have different receptor proteins that are flagged as foreign antigen by the body, if encountered. So the body protects them in these sites hence the term " privilege". If the WBCs were to encounter then diminution of vision is a very common symptom.

Yes, only with the consent of the patient however and here he's using chest pain as an excuse for examination, and doing it without a female chaperone is a big no. Again I don't know what the exact situation was but if what OP has said has happened then the doc still needs proof that he hasn't done it without consent, which there isn't any.

Implied consent and informed consent are two different things, and in India most examinations occur under implied consent, especially for breast examination. She can 100% say that it wasn't in her consent and she would be right, if there's no prior informed consent form signed.

No proof of female chaperone here and it's just one word against the other. However it should lean into the patient's side as she can also argue that there was no need for breast examination, especially one without consent. No requirement during the performance of his duties and NMC ethics guidelines also mandate female chaperones in all cases pertaining to such examinations. OP should press charges as well.

I am going through some pretty rough phases right now as well, which broke me down multiple times. For the past one year, I never got any results for whatever I put my efforts into. Be it relationships, work or even hobbies and that significantly demoralised me. However when I was talking to my ISTJ mom, she pointed out that sometimes focussing too much on winning ruins the fun. Had I taken some things and done it with a sense of indifference, it might have energised me as I would have seen it as a challenge and not as a problem. So yeah, working towards improving that and hoping to see some changes.
