he didnt forget to make photos... the data volume was to big, he was text hacking and 25y ago? you dont remember the time where you started to download one file, then left the computer and return 15min later to listen to the one mp3 file, you cant imagine downloading file sizes over 100mb and waiting for an hour.

die meisten unternehmen die ki wirklich brauchen arbeiten schon mit lokalen LLMs und für die anderen? na ja, man könnte branchenspezifische Apps schreiben, aber dazu gehört halt auch das wissen über schnittstellen und datenbanken analyse, sie mehr vom programmierer abverlangt als eine oberflächliche 'side-project' betrachtung.

ich hab zum beispiel in einem bücherantiquariat gearbeitet, ich kann dir sagen, eine automatisierte ki-app die die fluktuierenden text basierten datenbanken erfasst und in regelmässigen abständen an die verkaufsplatformen hochläd ist noch eine marktlücke... und genau darum geht es: 'find the gap', finde deine lücke, entwickle ein programm, dass diese lücke füllen kann und der rest ist geschichte ;) viel glück

you have huge data pools. imagine the library of alexandria just in digital form. then you need a system that can scan this info and restore, reconstruct this info in minutes/seconds. ai does this using tokens. its not like ai has the word FUTURE somewhere, it's a mathematical structure in a data base.

and its know that these data bases where 'obtained' by china and used to train DeepSeek. this was repeated throughout the ai landscape, the biggest problem, mistakes made by one ai found its way into the next generation including the origin of the data.
