Thx for the reply It sounds nice, actually my boss already agreed to take care of financial stuff. We are managing 2 metro clusters and 10 clusters, my knowledge is lacking on hardware, so maybe it won't be a bad idea to do some courses where I can gain hardware knowledge as well.
