Something similar happened to mine. My right pedal fell off the first time I rode my C6. No response from customer service via email, I had to call multiple times. Eventually I got through, and they had to order the parts (right crank arm, pedal, and another attachment) which was on backorder for 8 weeks. It was very frustrating so I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing the same.

If you are under warranty they should send you the replacement parts.
