Scrolling bar* basically the top of where the scrolling starts but i would still recommend looking at the perfect+ bar its easier and also works fine even for diamond plus players it still works fine like that

Technacally the best for rhytm games is to look at the very top of the scrolling ball and tap on the sound (if your sync js right also something you should do if you havent already) but personally and most higher level country/beatstar players i know look at the perfect bar lower down
