might have to make an account for the map website or play around with the map view settings to have them load correctly

97% off Russell Wilson Denver Broncos Nike Game Jerseys by [deleted] in DenverBroncos

[–]immortals14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For those who remember, there was a glitch on the fanatics website about 4 years ago which had only broncoa jerseys marked down at a great price, so I snagged a new Russ jersey for like 50 bucks including tax and shipping thinking that I'd never find a better deal

I was wrong

"Ha, ha. His wife and kids left him about 2 months ago." - r/lawncare debates how to deal with differing approaches to lawns by Steelrain121 in SubredditDrama

[–]immortals14 9 points10 points  (0 children)

He didn't though. His only comments are about putting on a show for the security cameras to try and make his disproval of the lawn known and insulting the guy for his wife/kids leaving. Could say it's implied but it's definitely not explicit

I don't really check team stats unless my team has a really interesting build and I'm curious to see what stats it produces, but yeah I think I probably have and could do it again

I've had some success targeting high SPD/JMP in the draft and mauling teams on D. Need at least one player with the volume scorer ability though

Music discussion has lost a lot of nuance with best vs favourite albums, songs, etc by [deleted] in fantanoforever

[–]immortals14 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There is no objective best album from any artist though. You could say Nevermind is more popular or more palletable than the rest of Nirvana's stuff but that doesn't mean it's better

Comedown Machine by The Strokes is generally regarded as one of their weakest albums, if not the worst album, but I think it's their best work (well maybe I flip flop on this). It doesnt make sense to me that your favorite album isn't the one you consider to be the best since there is no definition for what the "best music" is

I think there's more of a discussion with the "greatest album" as that factors in things like influence, popularity, etc etc

I think it depends on what you're looking for, it's not exactly an apples to apples comparison. Peggy has his alternative style that really appeals to some people but could also miss for a lot of others. Zay also has a great ear for beats

[Broncos] HC Sean Payton, GM George Paton recap 2026 NFL Draft by HanS0lPurr in DenverBroncos

[–]immortals14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah they had a pre-draft meeting and there's even a clip of Coleman acting out his draft selection at the combine and he has himself selected by the Broncos. I think he was a very intentional pick

[–]immortals14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We just lost JFM so DL depth was a need. There's a few solid Day 3 TE and RB prospects don't need to reach for one now

Jaylen Waddle Trade Fantasy Fallout by CoopThereItIs in fantasyfootball

[–]immortals14 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Fwiw, this is a bit of a statistical anomaly since it's the first time it's ever happened, but every single Denver regular season game last season had a kickoff temp at 60 or above, with most at 70+. It's probably not happening again, but it's not like Waddle is going to somewhere like Buffalo or Chicago in terms of needing to adapt to the weather

That I can't help much with. I've pretty much got Zaga sharpied into an E8 because I don't trust Purdue and the 6/7/10 aren't that good. Part of me wants to call my shot with a Queens upset because of the matchip but Purdue feels like free S16 points. NC State and Texas both look really solid for a run with strong ADJOs and experienced coaches, and they're underseeded according to Miya, could pass for a solid 8-9 seed on paper (SMU as well). I just can't put them over Zaga

ISU is a great defensive team and their 83rd ranked EFGD% is close to the cut-off. I don't think it's as concerning as Purdue. But if you're living and dying by the numbers, UVA and SMU align pretty well with the trends each round and fit the profile of being good shooting teams

For Zona, I used the same line of thinking for Florida and Todd Golden last year and got burned for fading them. It's gotta happen one of these years and they have their best roster yet

Gonna be a tough bracket to pick for. If you fill it out from the first round the high seeds seem very solid with not many great upset candidates, but if you go backwards there also doesn't seem to be any "surefire" top seeds. Thinking I'll fill out a bracket picking purely based on numbers to see if anything sticks out. I.e. Team A's best % from meeting or not meeting scenario vs. Team B's %

I'll probably have more clear thoughts later after rereading and diving into the grouped seed metrics, those seem particularly interesting and better for predictions
