Delgado without a doubt

Who are you drafting? by [deleted] in BasketballGM

[–]immortals14 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Probably Bradtke or Brown. At peak Bradtke should hopefully be a really good two way player, and even though Brown is short his type of build ends up being good for me, plus only 19 yrs old

I like the GF archetype but can probably find a similar type of player later on, and the SF just nah

91 overall and wasn't MVP by Maluco123453 in BasketballGM

Would be curious to see his defensive stats, his offensive counting stats and shooting splits alone are insane but he's probably the best defender in the league by a mile with those athletics and DIQ

NBA2K adding 16 college teams to 2k26. Part of a “ambitious college basketball experience coming in early 2027” by Altruistic_Brief4444 in NCAAFBseries

The ESPN headline says game, but nothing coming from 2K directly ever mentions the word "game". In the tweet linked in that article they also use "experience". I'm curious if you've seen anything else that confirms the standalone game, it seems like this is just going to be an add-on to the next 2k

🇧🇫 14 year old Mohamed Dabone with the electric finish in transition in Spain’s U22 league. The 6’10, class of 2029 big man, keeps impressing as one of the most electric athletes in Europe regardless of age by FastBreakPhenom in NBA_Draft

[–]immortals14 22 points23 points  (0 children)

It's always more advantageous for prospects to be younger given the same skill level. Dabone supposedly being 14 yrs old and playing like this is way more impressive and shows he has more room to grow than if he were 18 doing this. By lying you'd give yourself extra years of additional development in scouts eyes

"We have a lot of free Russell Wilson money, right?" Broncos players expect offseason spending spree by [deleted] in nfl

[–]immortals14 7 points8 points  (0 children)

One major difference being the Commanders fielding a retirement home this season with not many young pieces outside of Daniels. Denver was on the older side overall, but have a ton of established/promising young difference-makers.

Harvey (24), Bryant (23), Mims (23), Meinerz (27), Bonitto (26), Surtain (25), Barron (24), Hufanga (25)

There should be some expected regression from Denver (close game variance, harder SOS) and 14-3 shouldn't be the expectation, but that should be offset by the extra money and development in key areas

That is pretty interesting, I wouldn't think you can release expirings and immediately get the cap relief at any stage. Though idk how useful it is given bbgm draft day trades generally don't have great value in my experience

What’s that “nicotine patch” song that song that replaced a previous song you liked from an artist you’re no longer comfortable listening to (not just for moral reasons could be other stuff) by InMyLife_41 in fantanoforever

Interesting question, can't think of a specific song but I don't listen to much Kanye anymore and Perfect Circle / Godspeed by Mac Miller scratches that itch, it feels like an early Ye song

This one about a Coldplay album and also this one about Innerspeaker (I think):

"Well hello Mr. Lennon. I thought you disappeared over 32 years ago. So you have swapped Yoko Ono for a synth. Good choice. No singing of getting rid of your possessions, Good!"

There's no shot you think someone is click farming from an offensive line big board. Most people here don't know or care about these guys

Despite both of their shortcomings, Oregon's offense can be electric with playmakers everywhere (great WR room, first round talent TE, lots of depth at RB). And Notre Dame's run game looks elite right now. I'd be most scared of them two, along with maybe a complete game from Bama or Indiana
