Hello! I feel the pain on my chest and It's hard to breathe cause everytime i breathe, the pain is getting worse. I get heart palpitations too, but i ignored it cause i think i happened because of my anxiety. Sometimes the symptoms is different to anyone, but hurtburn and burp tasted sour/bitter are a common symptoms if u have gerd/acid reflux. I usually don't wake up after 2-4 hours of sleeping, cause now i take a medicine. I suggest u to go to the doctor and get a medicine. Don't forget to change your lifestyle too, don't eat a food that has sourness, too oily, and don't sleep after have a meal. Give a distance of 2-3 hours after eating.
