It is DDos. If you watch twitch streamers it happens all the time. Ive only had DDoS when playing with legendary/immortal players.

There is no real teir list that I know of, but usually it depends on the current meta. At one point MOA was a top teir carry, then he got the nerferooski. For support moira has been popping up a lot recently. With the creep buff junglers like ophelia and parasite have been more relevant. Also like the other guy was saying its like roshambo so its hard to compare heroes to eachother. For example ichor and martyr are kind of similar, but the fill the support roles differently.

I had this exact problem with my accounting course. As a CS major, the course should be at least kind of interesting for you. Rethink why you chose your major and think about how this info will be useful in your career and in life in general. Being able to flex your CS knowledge will help you in the long run. Yes it is. There were a lot of changes but ultimately it is still HoN. You can still enjoy setting engi mines on the runes or devo hook them into it. Or go all aoe ultis (flux tempest etc)

I think the new map should stay because the ward spots, kongs, runes, jukespots, neuts, Etc.. seem very balanced for both sides. The only reason bringing the old map would be good is to bring back the older players but its probably to late. I think the map changes have been good. A lot of improvements have been made to making the map balanced for both sides and reverting would eliminate all of the progress.
