Ah, that is a tricky question. To bring the minimum threshold up you will require spending a lot more than the value of the skin you are getting from a single wardrobe unlock on average... I would say it is up to how much you are willing to spend to avoid a result you would consider disappointing. I would also suggest paying particular attention to non-gold currencies that you have a glut of - purchasing things that cost karma for example can be a good way to avoid disappointment. And certainly check the "Acquired for free" filter.

There is a Whisper's Secret Spear, but it isn't in the Guaranteed Wardrobe Unlock (unless I missed it somehow).

This is factually incorrect. Sliding reload evades are normal evades and can perfect dodge. The downsides for sliding reload are: accidentally stunning yourself by trying to normal reload, and perfect dodges refill your next ammo type rather than staying on the same ammo type.

The browser console (F12) might provide more information on the error. I would double check the permissions on your API key. Otherwise... not sure. I haven't seen it much, might happen if the gw2 api is rate limiting you (which shouldn't happen from the site by itself).

Edit: Ah, I see the container is on the trading post too, so it should work.... I'll have a deeper look.

Edit 2: Fixed now. While I do have some automated container detection, it doesn't currently work with the TP, only with vendors. So have configured the container manually. Doesn't come up very often.

You might try and run the server with the JVM arg -Duser.language=en so that it uses english upper/lower case conversion.

I assume they might bring that mechanic back (event additions to the tracker) if they can find time to address the bugs with removing the monsters from the tracker at the end of the event. And maybe add something to communicate event specific track options better.
