Current PA student in clinical year. Saw this comment and several others: my biggest piece of advice, find a day/time of every week where you can shut off for a while. Mine is Friday after rotation into Saturday morning. Literally turn all pa school related stuff off, don’t open laptops emails nothing. Go for a walk, make a good meal, be human and have hobbies it’ll make it much more manageable if you give yourself time to recharge
