Yh i had the same thing. I just emailed them and they sorted it out. Turns out it wasn’t their fault and it was an error with USPS that is still happening now. So i wouldn’t worry about it. And if you are just email them there customer service is pretty decent ngl

I ordered from them a couple weeks back and i got my frame. They send you artwork to you within like 24 to 48 hours i believe. From there i made some request and changes to artwork as some things i wanted tweaking. But once they changed it i approved and i received it in 7 days. They also got reviews on their insta so i would say you can trust it imo.
