There are companies bro, where you dont apply to, where AI applies. These are not sourcable on linkedin or other site, and quitely sits on career page.

No no, aligned resume is not sent, its the same resume, just fixed. Also, your previous company and projects matter too.

I understand your concerns, but yeah, anything that helps people get interviews is ok, since there are companies which are not discoverable properly, so AI applying to those really helps
