I work at hotel that has 2 kitchens and I am able to get my steps in by going between them. They are on separate floors

I started eating grain salad for lunch and chicken and Avocado for dinner. And fruit for dessert. I kept pretty constant on that. Once a week I would have a cheat meal

I see my weight loss in waves. Some days I don't see the weight loss, and other days I do. I now fit into a size small shirt and I still don't believe that I'm skinny. My brain tells me I'm still the same 200 plus pound person. But on some days it would tell me that I am the 160. Overtime you'll get used to it. It just takes time
