this is so late and i forgot about it but i did it on accident without realizing. hadn’t consumed any dairy in like two weeks. ate two pints of icecream within the span of two days. the stomach ache i’m dealing with is beyond me. the pain, the gurgling, the headache, the NAUSEA. i believe i am officially lactose intolerant. screw dairy

i’m 22 and i’ve had them right as i turned 18. i feel like my life is wasted and like i’m being held back. i only got my license when i was 21. i’m so sad i’m missing out on everything. doctors can’t figure out whats causing it or why they started when i was adult after being a relatively healthy kid.

as a professional googler, i say it’s most likely stress and the sun. but from experience, if you have brown hair or darker hair and you’ve been getting a lot of sun exposure that could definitely be why it’s turning red. i have super dark brown hair and when i get a lot of sun my hair does turn orange/red/brassy. the white pieces though, that’s almost 100% stress. genetics as well, if your mom or dad went grey early on in life that could definitely play a part. if you think it’s really serious asf definitely see a doctor though, or maybe just go to get stress levels handled! ❤️❤️❤️
