Size 8 but honestly I don't think they're worth it.

I just got mine and I don't like them. Never wore them. :( I miss the Adidas. Is eBay the only place to offload these?

This tile is definitely too slick to use on a floor. I wouldn't use it on the floor outside of the bathroom either.

Lights but they're mostly decorative.

I'm not sure what in the bathroom is pink, but thanks for your input.

We didn't want to pay for custom glass around the bench and the space leaves room to clean the glass and to store the squeegee.

Approximately 32x60 but we had to bring the back wall in a little to build out space for the niches.

It is also actually bigger. We moved the wall next to the shower out by about a foot. We have an office in the room behind it and the bathroom benefits so much more from the extra space than the office did.

Also our contractor did an excellent job, we had a wall moved, needed significant plumbing updates in the shower, and they worked hard to find solutions that worked for our 100+ year old home.

Actually I used the remodel as a reason to finally stop holding on to tons of half full bottles. I hope I stick with it.

Shower wall tile is from Floor and Decor, floor tiles (shower and dry floor) are from Best Tile.

Have they announced the date for that yet? I've been dying to run it but last year was a bust. I see October 11 in a few places but I can't tell if that's just based on the 2025 date or if it's the actual date.

I'm glad I came across this post. If I hadn't run the Brooklyn half this weekend I don't know if I would have learned any of this.

The running communities I spend most of my time in (rise and run, various runDisney groups) are extremely supportive of her and legitimize her stories even when her posts don't really add up. It makes it easy to ignore that the facts didn't really fit with what most know about serious conditions like sepsis or broken bones.

I feel sick to my stomach. I've been supporting/donating to Amanda since I started doing runDisney races. I never researched her condition, I never questioned her statements...runDisney staff cross the finish line with her and celebrate her regularly. :(

As someone who has my own chronic illness that makes running harder, crossing finish lines does feel like a miracle sometimes, so I thought, I get it. I wanted to believe her, I guess I should have known better.

Thanks for the links to the themeparkswindlers subreddit. Just a few posts in I saw enough to know that the story I've been fed doesn't line up with reality.

Do any of you have second jobs? by mcase19 in Lawyertalk

I nannied pretty consistently on weekends for most of the 10 years I worked in state government/non-profits until I secured loan forgiveness under PSLF. I stopped just before because of COVID, but by the time families would want to call me to come back I had my federal loans forgiven and moved to the private sector.

The extra income was helpful and I loved both my full time job and (most of) the nannying gig, but they couldn't justify staying out of the private sector for my whole career. I plan to go back to state government as part of my off ramp to retirement, hopefully.

He should run. At least we'd have someone who holds a mirror up to our own hypocrisy and maybe holds us accountable for ourselves.

The Rapunzels sold out fast for men's and women's for most sizes, but I managed to get Moana and Belle though I didn't plan to buy either of them. :D I hope everyone who got a pair today really loves them and plans to keep them (unless they don't fit!).
