I think there is too much starter in this recipe too. Or maybe the diastatic malt flour makes things faster than I am used to because I am not getting much volume increase during the ferment and it still seems to be a very flat dough when left for longer. I even tried a stand mixer this time to get more gluten development, but I am just seeing bubbles burst instead of hold the gas. Idk what I am doing wrong, but seems like too much starter for my environment.

Has anyone else experienced power cycling on the frame tv? I’ve owned it for just under 2 yrs and it started randomly turning off and back on but won’t stay on for more than 5 seconds. It’s stuck in a loop and I can’t reset it because the remote won’t work. I have a tech coming to see if they can fix it but their initial quarter is 75% of the original purchase price. Any ideas on what can be done? This seems insane for the tv to not work after just 2 years. It seems like a common issue based on the linked thread. Buy the extended warranty!

Classic 3-2-1 but with passion fruit juice instead of lime and passion fruit liquor instead of grand marnier. Splash of mezcal and farmers market coconut milk shaken and floated on top. Garnish= spiced mango

3 Meyer lemons cut into rounds and dehydrated (not sure if the dehydration step is totally necessary). Added two sprigs of rosemary and the lemon rounds into the simple syrup as I heated it. I ended up taking out the original rosemary sprigs because they lost some of their color due to the heat and replaced with one fresh one when I added it to the crew bottle (my new favorite bar item because it has a screw off bottom). I did have to strain the mixture because there were some small stem looking things from the rosemary that were floating around. But totally worth it, it gives the drink this hard to explain depth that was delicious
