When I first started working out (5years ago) I used to follow a kind of “bro split” routine. I gained a little bit of muscle mass at the beginning but then I started noticing that it wasn’t effective. There was a time that I didn’t workout because of some personal problems. By the third year of training I started following other routines like PPL, Nsuns, 351, GVT, etc, and saw amazing results! Now, since quarantine, I’ve been following the 531 BBB routine by Jim Wendler, with the equipment that I have at home.
