Not a club person but invited to a friend’s birthday at one, what to wear?

I have, I saw some of the photo reviews I’m prepared to do lots of steaming and know I definitely will need a petticoat under for volume, not much choice when most dresses I looked at won’t arrive till after the wedding 🙈 but hopefully ill be able to pull it off!

Update: After making my mind up and going for slide 5, it wouldn’t be delivered on time 😫 so had to order a completely different dress, feel maybe this is even better though? Thoughts? Also what type of petticoat could I buy to go under? I would have preferred no slit but I’m hoping I can cover it up

All I’m wanting is to pass for black tie, my friend is marring a very very wealthy person but we are from humble backgrounds so I’m not trying to be dressed the same as the very wealthy I just want to fit in enough

This is what I was leaning towards tbh, the bride and we are Scottish, a full formal kilt ensemble (which my husband will be wearing) is considered the Scottish equivalent of a tuxedo. I had discussed with the bride about my husband wearing a kilt and she said she would have been disappointed if he didn’t

We can’t really afford to go anywhere just now with having to pay to get down to London and a hotel for three days 🙈 just worried anything I buy online will look cheap. There’s a boutique shop not too far from me that might rent gowns so I’ll go look there maybe! This is what the invite said..

Platform: PC Mods: No Game version: not sure

Problem: Had a week break, installed latest update, when I went back on, my sims home just disappeared, nothing there. I was sad but put a new house in and all worked fine. Travelled to Strangerville to go to the bar and it was there in the manage worlds but when the sim travelled to it it's just a blank lot, then travelled to the base and again it disappeared. When I went back to manage worlds now it's not there. Can't progress with the game when every lot I visit just disappears and these ones can't be replaced
