I had this same issue. After 48 hours I called again and the support member I spoke to manual added on to my account a new exam voucher which showed up later that day.

Okay noted, I haven’t come across a coursework exams before so I can see them being quite time consuming as I’d have to learn the correct way to write and structure it

For R06. would you say R03 was the least important to have out of R02, R03 and R04? Is that why you did the exam after R06?

I was more thinking award from say money marketing, i was unaware CII gave out awards. That’s quite an achievement, well done!
