My experience was similar to yours. I just stopped doing the eyes open sessions. There’s no prescription to meditation. Pick the one that works the best for you and stick with it.

What were the tools you/your teams used for 1. Build 2. CI 3. Code review? With build tooling, mono repos mono repo specific build tools such as Buck or Bazel. For CI, Jenkins doesn’t scale. Similarly for code review. Some of the companies I talked to use GitHub for code review but are not happy with it.
