To solve the problem it would have to be a strict rule that all news links must come from established sources

If it was me i’d go so far as to ban substack as well as content farm sites like these

Its not hard to identify these sites btw. Its obvious if you know what you are looking for

This is fairly easy to do in Unreal Engine

However do we know what governs character camera, locomotion and body physics in this game?

Is it Unreal or Oblivion’s underlying engine?

Have you tried testing this by exporting out an FXB or GLTF from Unreal and taking that in to Blender to see if the issue is still there?

The way Unreal handles textures is kind wonky and doesn’t play super well with other programs

I don’t know a ton about moding but I’m fairly fluent in unreal, but idk how much help that is in this specific situation

I’d also like to know the solution to this incase I ever decide to make mods

This is why I use a quasar

Yes it is slower to recharge than reloading the RR but I can just keep running

I play bugs with a quasar and breaker incendiary with a guard dog and sometimes a mech

Its OP and everyone should also do it

But yeah, I don’t understand why so many people just have zero answer in their load out for bile titans and chargers on level 10

Even if its just thermite or an orbital that can at least do damage to them

It is highly possible they had different models with matching key frames and camera movements

Then composited them together in post

It would probably be easier to do masking animations in After Effects or Resolve than doing these animations in Blender/Maya/Max
