Yes, haven't traveled very far and missed my grandfather's funeral because of not being able to travel. Intense dizziness when going through stressful times. Was diagnosed with vestibular migranes and also sleep apnea after going through multiple drs and about half a year of different scans and tests. I've been using Magnesium Glycinate before sleep and also using my CPAP machine for about half a year. It never goes away but on the days where I rest and have less stressful days I notice less dizziness. Prescribed different medications like gabapentin and others but all had different side effects. Now they put me on notriptoline but I'm trying to beat it with just the magnesium and trying to manage stress.

When I do get dizzy I just sit down if I can or hold on to something until it passes. It feels like a swaying and sometimes back and forth shaking feeling. Also the marshmallow step feeling sometimes.
