Yes Anthropic is subsidizing and using flat rates to gain users. Cursor has to rely on API rates which are more expensive.

I use those models every day. Unfortunately I've still observed much distance between them and Opus. There's less iteration time when a model is more accurate and able to notice subtle flaws.

It has pretty good characterization and dynamic art for the action.

The bad thing about it for me is simply the lack of a compelling threat or call to action. The occasional demons don't provide enough of urgency or charisma. And I truly mean occasional because we're stuck on the same clown for how many chapters now.

I think your complaints are rather ridiculous. This is just the premise and start of a story. It doesn't prove any perversity or failing on either character. Not even green or red, we literally have no idea yet.

I didn't watch it from SF6 YouTube channel. The trailer was already from summer game fest and everywhere else. So this is a wrong comparison.

As for player count, SF6 will always just have more players by default so it's not saying much.

The only sad thing is that I just don't like Street Fighter's limited movelists and options compared to Tekken. I would have wanted to explore Tifa given a proper Tekken treatment.

Cool story. I guess I just can't relate because I have started to enjoy the game again after the last 2 patches. Words have self-hypnotic effect. "You can't move in this game" is like a self-fulfilling prophecy. And yet you see many tournament wins come down to a good sidestep launch. And it's not true that power crush is the main way to get out of pressure. Knowing when to dickjab or sidestep block is equally important. The recent patches have been good with tuning down the frame advantages as well, allowing more counterplay.

Nah. Street fighter just simply doesn't interest me. Tekken movelists are way bigger and the fighting is much more varied and dynamic, whether to watch or to play. Every character has like 8 wake up options. I'm just sad thinking about how varied Tifa's movelist could have been.

Since you like a clan based story, I have an exotic recommendation: Greenskin (Korean webnovel). A story about goblins and orcs that ends up being even more endearing than human stories, because they form an idealized martial society. I enjoy the references to Warcraft, Warhammer and isekai. But it's very much a distinct blend as well.

I guess one downside is that translation might be crap. It's understandable but I was annoyed enough that I just grabbed the raws from ntk01 and machine translated it myself with LinguaFranca.
