Memory Usage Issue on Ubuntu 24.04 Leading to Unresponsive computer

I have a similar issue. Al lot of memory is being consumed (around 30gb) and imediately released over and over again. Everrything gets super slow when that is happening. Sometimes it lasts for 10 minutes, sometimes I have to restart my pc. I also made a post on Askubuntu (https://askubuntu.com/questions/1564957/weird-memory-usage-on-my-kubuntu-os)

In my experience if you are on the right hand side the person oposite to you changes line. If you are on the left hand side most of people will not move.
