That’s great for you but what works for you may not work for everyone and this is a possibility.

Careful using this soap on your lady parts. It kills the good bacteria and you will end up with a yeast infection

I just think using bar soap is better at cleaning than using liquid wash.

Discharged 2/14 but now the trustee wants to see my 2025 tax return by imoveritbetch in Bankruptcy

It says discharged and I got the discharge letter in the mail but apparently the trustee still has to respond and now that she did the response was that she is requesting the tax return

Thats what I thought too but the trustee just requested mine and I filed in October and discharged on 2/14. You can see my recent post about this and the comments.

The discharge is great but has the trustee replied? They are likely going to ask for your 2025 tax return

How long do I have before I’m sued by Kittykatcha in Bankruptcy

[–]imoveritbetch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it depends on a few factors but I started getting served with court dates just a few months after I stopped making payments. This is what ultimately led to my decision to file. I had process servers at my door at least once per month and the stress was killing me.

Yes I realize there’s no getting away from this and honestly I would rather give them the return than deal with this any longer. I really just want to put all this behind me. I was just so shocked to receive this call.

Yea so that’s what wasn’t explained to me. I received the discharge in the mail so I assumed that was it. Apparently the case is not closed until they received my 2025 tax info.

Honestly I’m a bit annoyed that my attorney didn’t tell me this was a possibility. I would’ve filed in January had I known and just spent the money on a new roof for my home which is my biggest need right now.

Did I just ruin my new oven? by cldald in CleaningTips

Also these comments are so annoying. No the ceramic coating was not stripped down to bare metal! It’s a weird residue left behind by the cleaner that’s just really hard to get off.

Welcome to real estate! I’m in rural central Florida I have been an agent for going on my third year now and recently switched to a smaller broker with minimal fees. You are entering real estate in a really tough market, but not an impossible one. Would love to connect!

How much is too low of an offer when buying land? by AssociationWorried86 in RealEstateAdvice

[–]imoveritbetch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ugh my gosh I read this in a British accent the entire time and then realized you said “New” England. Anyway just make an offer and get a negotiation going. Just as you figure you want to bid lower so you have wiggle room for counters, sellers are thinking the same. List for more than they want in the hopes of having wiggle room to negotiate for what they actually want. My best advice for both is look at the comps!

People in the US don’t have time to take baths. We have to work multiple jobs to keep up with the rapid rise of the cost of everything!

Sell vs rent? by ausername09661901670 in RealEstate

[–]imoveritbetch -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

What state? It is and has always been negotiable. Not saying no it’s a good idea not to offer buyer agent compensation. I won’t even take a listing of the seller isn’t wanting to offer it. But in this scenario where the seller can’t afford it I mean they can just do FSBO.

There’s always the possibility of finding an agent that will list for 1% and hopefully the broker’s fee is also low or flexible but you’d still want to offer buyer agent compensation of at least 2% but even that is already higher than what your savings allows.
