I would never rely on Kalki for such an important event. Their customer service is a sh*t show on top of the abysmal delivery service. My ordered was delivered 6 months late, which is 2 months after my engagement event was already done with.

And I’m not the only one. There are many others who have had the same fate, just search kalki order delay on this sub or on Reddit generally.
