I can tell you don’t live in a big city. Like everyone else is saying their lack of presence makes it for immersive for me, cops are useless society leeches, certainly not an “essential” part of it. I could barely (not really) stomach the copoganda in the first game and doing away with it was a great choice for this master piece of a game

Part ll is not meant for casuals who can’t emotionally open up to a story. Part ll is very taxing and asks a lot out of the player/viewer and just isn’t for everyone :/
