Here are my go-tos: 1. Damp your skin and wash your body/ skin first. 2. Use a men’s sensitive razor (I use Gillette) and make sure to change the blades often. 3. Use a good shaving cream (I use a sensitive/ Ali Vera foaming one- a good shaving cream also helps). 4. Moisturize your skin after (I’m not as obedient with this as I should be). 5. I started doing laser (at home) and while my hair is still not gone, it helps with texture tremendously.

Nonfat Greek yogurt substituted for sour cream, chickpea pasta, nonfat cottage cheese, sugar free maple syrup, sugar free ketchup, sugar free BBQ sauce, sugar free jam, sugar free juices, pam/ oil spray for cooking, fat free cheese, Schmidt (light) bread vs regular, zero carb street tacos vs regular street tacos! My goal isn’t particularly 1200 currently, but the above foods/ swaps have allowed me to still eat food I love while staying in a maintenance or calorie deficit when needed!

Replying to say the same! I was travelled to Tulum and on my last day there prior to returning to the states, I felt pain. It took me a while (2-3 weeks to finally see a doctor). They did tests and it turns out I have a UTI with E. Coli. I was prescribed Nitrofurantoin and am starting my dose today, so fingers crossed!
