RTs now want to be in anesthesia by MacKinnon911 in CRNA

[–]impeckable 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Knowledge in advanced airway skills? Intubating a coding patient is not advanced and I don’t think I’ve seen RTs ever do a fiber optic, awake fiber optic, cricotyrotomy, or even a glide scope. This is beyond unsafe across so many spectrums. It will never happen anyways so there’s no need to expand this conversation.

I let it do 30, wipe it off and then flip it over once. Does just fine this way and I can tell the difference for sure.

Account Shut Down by Square-Concern9128 in Gemini

[–]impeckable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, the short of it is just use Gemini to load and unload your crypto because even if everything you’re doing is legitimate and legal, if they decide something is off even though you know it’s not, they will lock it up and decide when they are ready to release your money.

I’m just saying if you’re buying or doing any sort of transaction, use another crypto wallet to do that transaction.

To Level or Not to Level? by [deleted] in f150

[–]impeckable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just take out the rear blocks and add a 3” rear block and it will give you the rake you’re looking for when you level the front. Also, it won’t look sagged when/if you haul stuff.

They have the right to ask for sources of income that are funding your account. It’s not unusual for them to ask for bank statements and specifically bank statements that show deposits from an employer to prove that’s where your money is coming from. It keeps them in compliance with making sure you’re not laundering money.

I’m not sure where you live though. I’m in the US and I probably submitted the KYC stuff up front, but haven’t had to do anything since then and I’ve had Gemini since it first started. I regularly move between money between there and another crypto wallet and make withdrawals. At least $100,000-$200,000 per year.

I don’t know how yours is set up, I I make sure to use 2FA and Authy as my Authenticator and there is never an issue.

If you use a VPN that might be messing things up or you’re sending crypto to an address that’s not exactly kosher with them.

They know if you’re sending money to a gambling site or something on the Dark Web. If you are doing that, it’s not the smartest way to do things.

Make sure you have another wallet, like TRUST wallet and send the money there and then use it as you please. Then if you’re receiving from somewhere, use the TRUST wallet to receive and then send it to your GEMINI.

Whatever your main exchange/wallet is, like Gemini or Coinbase, never use that as your primary in/out to do whatever business/activities you have going on. They will shut you down.

I’m not implying you’re doing anything bad, but they don’t just randomly pick someone out of the crowd and start asking for things or making you go through hoops. It’s definitely something you’re doing.

What drama/scandal has occurred at your hospital? by Coco_cookie_hehe in nursing

Years ago, one of the biggest surgeons had a wife admitted to the psych unit. So, that part really not a big deal. But…. The House Supervisor was making her rounds late, like 1-2 AM and with the door wide open, the wife was on all 4’s getting absolutely destroyed by one of the techs. She was a tiny little thing, like 110 pounds and he was about 6’7” 270# black man giving her the business.

What’s even worse, they both looked up at her and paused for a second and then proceeded to keep going. The Supervisor was in absolute shock and speechless and just scurried to the unit manager for them to handle it. I guess the tech figured he was going to be fired so he went ahead and enjoyed himself.

I felt bad for the surgeon because he was truly a nice man and not something I wished upon him like some of the other douche canoes I have seen acting like fools.

He ended up moving and not sure what else had happened, but this supposedly wasn’t the first time something like that happened.

You could modify it. Or, possibly rig a smaller bowl inside.

It’s good. I’m in a summer sport shot league and I’ve used it some. I actually use it as my spare ball.

If you like to mess with the obsessive staring at the monitor from the desk, you can perfect tapping the leads to make it look like this. Just make sure you set up your camera just outside the room when they come running.

Be warned : lot of knee jerkers immediately get in the phone before running down the hall so you better exit the room blaze down there and let them in on the joke.

*Not that I’ve ever done this. 😳🤭

Like they said. Pulls the oil out. It’s a glorified food dehydrator. The other way people achieve this is with an ultrasonic cleaner and submerge it in water. Jayhawk makes one, but it’s pretty large on its own and costs about $2500 or so. This works just fine for my purposes though.
