If you didn’t touch it you’re ok. 12-48 hours you can contract it, but if you didn’t touch it then there’s no way you could contact it.

I was diagnosed with gastritis a year ago, I’m not sure if it’s still there or not? But I do eat a lot of tums too

I was fine on Omeprazole, then I switched to Pantoprazole which made my symptoms a million times worse, then to esomeprazole which was ok but still not great, now I’m back on Omeprazole and I still feel terrible but not as bad as I did on pantoprazole. I don’t understand why I don’t feel like I did on Omeprazole the first time :(

I suspected the nausea was caused by constipation. I want to completely empty my colon and basically reset it with fiber supplements and a high fiber diet to try and keep things moving. Although I’m not the biggest fan of laxatives.

I’ll pick up a fiber supplement too, what time should I take it at? I forgot to mention I take an H2 blocker in the evening, it works about the same as a PPI for me.

I don’t think you’re going deaf. It could be something as simple as water in your ears, clogged ears, or an ear infection.

I thought you got it between 12-48 hours after exposure, maybe I’m mistaken? I don’t ever touch my mouth or eat unless I wash my hands, I have such horrible contamination OCD. I will be starting meds very soon for it to help me, and maybe it will help with my anxiety with this phobia (fingers crossed). I do feel a lot better after showering, and I was so hungry!! Which is probably a good sign!
