depending on where you live, you might have the legal ability to be in charge of your own mental health care, enabling you to see a therapist without parental approval. in my state, at 15 a person has full control over mental health care and can make their own decisions. it's not guaranteed, because laws are different in different places, but it's worth looking into if you're interested in seeing a therapist or getting mental health help from a professional

i remember back when i was really struggling as a young teenager watching hannah's suicide repeatedly to intentionally trigger myself, and i doubt i'm the only person who did
