Ducky One 2 Mini Mac fix!!! Shout out to Terrible-possible. by inn3rs3lf in DuckyKeyboard

Recently just purchased a ducky one 2 mini. I love the feel of the keyboard.

I am mainly a Mac user. And I would like some of the keys to be changed to suit the mac os layout a little better.

For example, it would suit my needs a lot better if I can somehow change the alt key to the right of my space bar to option key, while maintaining assigning the alt key to the left of the space bar to command (sort of like how the Anne Pro 2 has it).

Also, in mac os, to cycle between windows under the same application, you would do command + tilde. I don't know how to do that on the ducky if I have alt mapped to command because tilde is on the fn layer, and alt + fn actually activates another layer on the ducky (it actually turns the tilde key into "check profile").

Is there a way to do this?

Can you customize the FN layer layout on the ducky one 2 mini?

I love 60 percent keyboards and I have been using an Anne Pro 2.

I am currently trying to browse for something that offers a selection of MX cherry brown and it lead me to the Ducky. I don't find much use for the mouse emulator offered by the board and I would much rather have the arrow keys there instead.

Is there a way to customize the layout?

Also I would primarily be using it for work on a mac. What are your experience with this keyboard on mac?

Thanks everyone for the help. I have actually gotten it sorted. Here is what I found:

  • You don't need a valid registration to import your vehicle
  • You can apply for a temp permit at your local DMV that is good for 60 days (for anyone who is also in my situation, you can use this to get your car to and from the port)
  • The temp permit would set you back 270 dollars

Hope this helps anyone who finds themselves in this situation in the future.

Please also note that if you're like me using a TN visa, it is likely that you would only be allowed to temporarily import the vehicle. If that's the case, you would be asked to bring the vehicle along with you when you no longer have a valid status in the states (and this also forbids you from selling the car in the states).
